Parents — Reminders about upcoming deadlines and events – things start to pick up a lot as we close in on the shows:
- MONDAY, JUNE 12 – Program Shout-Outs due (green paper sent home in ticket envelope) – return to directors or send to me via e-mail. Payment can be returned to directors or sent on Venmo. There is NOT room to extend this deadline – programs are sent to printer first thing Tuesday morning. If you are not able to return the physical form to directors make sure to e-mail me BEFORE the end of the day Monday.
- MONDAY, JUNE 12 – Deadline for Ad Space in the programs
- THURSDAY, JUNE 15 – Day of Giving! Please help share and spread our social media posts throughout the day and also spread the word about coming out to Pour Bros Thursday evening – we receive a percentage of food & drink sales — even if someone isn’t able to do a direct donation but want to support, have them come for dinner! HUGE raffle prizes are going to be offered throughout the evening – watch social media this week as things ramp up!
- FRIDAY, JUNE 16 – Deadline for parent purchase of lunch on the matinee day if you are staying all day with kids. $6 per person.
- THURSDAY, JUNE 22 – Deadline for ticket pre-orders. All tickets will be held for pick-up at the ticket table each evening.
