A reminder that TODAY (Sunday, June 12) is the deadline to submit a number of things for the program:
*Sponsorships
*Business Ad Space
*Shout-Outs
If you wish to submit any of these, please e-mail me (jeff@arclightpro.com) TODAY with the details – I need the names/amounts/desired texts/graphics/etc TODAY even if we don’t receive the payment until later in the week.
Mid-week I’ll have an e-mail out starting to solicit parent help for a number of things during show week (matinee lunch pick-up, ticket sales, dessert reception, etc).
We look forward to seeing many of you on Wednesday evening at the Broadway Lounge! Watch our socials through the entire day for a sponsorship donating challenge, culminating in dinner & preview performances from 5-7:30!
